Stunning gown and wrap from Beverly Hills designer Maxwell Shieff dates to the 1950's and is made of black and gold jacquard with a large-scale floral motif. Gown is fitted throughout outside of a fishtail hem. Dress is lined and has a center back zipper. Wide wrap could be worn a variety of ways.
Vintage gown from Mr. Blackwell dates to the 1950's through early 1960's and is fully covered in black and fuchsia sequins. Fitted throughout. Squared bustline with narrow shoulder straps. Center back zipper. Fully lined. Back vent in skirt.
Vintage anonymous ball gown dates to the 1950's and is made of multiple layers of cream silk organza. Silk satin waistband and skirt panels feature striking red cut velvet flowers with beaded detailing. Fitted bodice is strapless and features interior boning. Full skirt has crinoline sewn in at the waist that may have been added after the gown was made. Center back metal zipper. This is a very well-made gown that employed couture-like finishing and materials. Unfortunately no label is present.

Condition: Excellent. There is a very small hole in the top layer of the skirt. It is difficult to notice.
Vintage gown from Frank Starr likely dates to the late 1950’s to early 1960’s and is made of black crepe with black sequins sewn in a squiggle pattern that diminishes in density from top to bottom. Gathered black chiffon band starts at right under-breast and completely covers the left breast as it goes around the back. Band snaps at right back and cascades down almost to the hem. Fitted throughout. Unlined. Side metal zipper.
Vintage gown from Christian Dior dates to the 1960's and is made of black textured fabric. It features a one-shouldered, fitted bodice with an unusual zigzagged detailing. Full-length skirt is pleated all around waistband with a coordinating zigzagged hem. Unlined. Side zippered closure. No size label. Please refer to measurements.
Vintage gown dates to the 1960's and is labeled "Original Antoinette Exclusive". It is made of a mottled green jacquard floral fabric (likely a silk blend) with gold lame. Gold-toned sequined stars are hand-sewn on the front bodice and top of the skirt. Fitted bodice has high neckline front with scooped back. Skirt is pleated all around waistband. Side zippered closure. Fully lined.

Vintage gown and cape from Italian couture house Gattinoni dates to the mid 1960’s. Gown is made of cream four ply silk and is adorned with exquisite trim made of woven raffia, rhinestones, faux pearls and beads. Floor length textured pink cape has a floral pattern, matching trim around the neck band, and rhinestone buttons. Dress is fully lined and has a center back zipper closure. Lined cape is labeled, dress is not. This dress was custom made for an Italian actress at the 1965 premiere of Thunderball.
Vintage gown from Chloe dates to the 1970's and features a bodice that is embellished with sequins, beading, and embroidery that depicts ships, houses, clouds, and waves. High boat neck in the front with back v-neck. Straight skirt features a peplum-like detail at the hip and zippered closure at center back. Bodice is made of double layers of what feels like silk chiffon and skirt appears to be made of a lined rayon. Gown retailed at Neiman Marcus. Labeled a size 42.
Vintage dress from Spanish designer Don Luis de Espana dates to the 1970's and is made of a white synthetic jersey. Fabric features a bold floral print that is concentrated at the hem. A panel is attached to each back shoulder, which creates a dramatic effect. Unlined. Center back plastic zipper.
Vintage gown from Givenchy dates to the 1970's and is made of red silk chiffon with a floral print. Bodice is fitted with a halter neckline that ties at the center back neck. Ruched panels around the bust extend around the back bodice. Cowl detailing at hips. Coordinating headband and detached waist sash. Lined with side zipper. Labelled size 38 though it would fit a contemporary 0/2.
Vintage evening gown from Lanvin dates to the 1970's and is made of cream-colored faille, possibly synthetic or a synthetic blend. It features a mock neck, center front covered button closures, and a slight leg of mutton sleeve with zippered cuff. Labeled a vintage size 10. Please refer to measurements.
Condition: Excellent. Silk lining has some damage to it. This is not noticeable when worn.

Maxi skirt is lined and has an elastic waistband. Both pieces are unlabeled; however, the skirt has the orange thread from where the label was stitched on (see last photo). No closures on either piece. Labeled vintage size 46.

Labeled a size 46; however, it could accommodate a much smaller size if it were belted.
