Black cotton long dress is likely from Palestine. Brightly colored hand-embroidery in blue, green, yellow, and various shades and tones of red covers the chest, hem, and sleeves. Angled sleeve is trimmed with red cotton and hangs down the side of the dress almost to the hem. Keyhole neckline with tie. A-line silhouette. Blue velvet trim at hem.

Antique tea dress dates to the Edwardian Era from the beginning of the 20th Century through the Teens. It is made of white cotton with hand-embroidery and openwork throughout the bodice, at waistband, cuffs, and hem. Fitted bodice has pintucked detailing, ruffle collar, and 3/4-length sleeves. Center back button closure. Unlined.
Condition: Very good with a missing button and a faint stain on the front skirt. This dress could likely benefit from a soaking in Biz or Oxyclean
Vintage dress dates to the Edwardian Era from the beginning of the 20th Century through the Teens. It is made of white linen with panels of crocheted lace. Round neck with lace trim. Short sleeves. Center back button closure. Unlined.
Condition: Very good to excellent with light rust stains where the hooks and eyes are. This is concealed when garment is on the body. Additionally there are a few breaks in the lace at the side neckline.
Vintage oversized piano shawl dates to the 1920's during the Art Deco era. Black silk ground is densely hand-embroidered with images of butterflies and flowers of various sizes. Fringed trim has wide band of macrame at the point where it meets the shawl.
Condition: Excellent. Fading in embroidery in upper corner.
Vintage coat dates to the 1920's and is made of ivory silk dupioni for export from China. It features dense hand embroidery in what is likely black silk thread that depicts rural life complete with animals and human figures. Double looped button closure at center front. Fully lined with ivory silk.
Condition: Excellent with minor light staining throughout that does not detract from a piece of this age. Please email for additional photos.
Vintage dress dates to the 1920's and is made of pink velvet. It features flowers that are made of ribbon that are appliqued at the left shoulder extending diagonally down to the right hem. Sleeveless. Drop waist with heavy shearing at hips. Side snap closure. Lined in bodice. Unlined in skirt.
Condition: Very Good with shattering of the silk flowers in some places, but they are mostly intact. Additionally, there are some faint spots in the velvet, two of which are at the underarm and the center back bodice (see photo).
Vintage Chinese piano shawl jacket dates to the 1920's and is made of black silk. A colorful pastel satin-stitched hand-embroidered floral design completely covers the fabric. This exquisitely made jacket has a boxy style, an embroidered lapel and collar, silk button front closures and is fully lined with a synthetic fabric (likely relined at some point).

Vintage gown and bolero from I. Magnin date to the 1930's and are made of a blue fabric with gold lame weave and multicolor floral print. Gown has front and back v neck. Both pieces are shaped by darts. Bodice of gown is lined, skirt is unlined. Gown has side snap closures. Bolero is lined and has no closures.
Condition: Very Good with some fading in the fabric in various places that is difficult to read because of the active print. Additionally there is some stress to the seams that could easily be reinforced.

Museum-quality 1930's Eastern European blouse has bold, floral and grape vine hand-embroidery down the sleeves and on the front of the blouse. Made of a cream-colored cotton gauze. Filet lace inserts run vertically down sleeves. Wide strip of muslin added to the hem, presumably at the time the blouse was made or shortly thereafter. Unlined. No closures.

Vintage black crepe gown dates to the 1940's and has fabulous floral ornamentation on bust and sleeves. Ornamentation includes pastel seed beads, larger brass-colored spherical bead highlights, and raised gold outlines. Bodice features v-neck and lightly padded shoulders. Attached waist tie ties at center back. Side metal zipper. Unlined. No size label.

Vintage dress dates to the 1940's and is made of red silk with an allover floral print. Center front bodice and hip feature wonderful ruched detailing. Detached belt has concentric stitching and laces at the center front. Mostly unlined. Side snap closure (see photo). Although this dress has no label, it was extremely well made with almost all of the interior seams having couture-like finishing.

Vintage handbag from "Dorset Fifth Avenue" dates to the 1950's and is made of large mother of pearl rectangles. Brass-toned hardware, clasp, and strap. Dark red satin lining with side pockets. Condition: Very good with what appears to be some yellowish glue residue on the exterior, light tarnishing on the hardware, and overall staining to the lining of the handbag.
Vintage suit from Rudi Gernreich for Walter Bass dates to the 1950's and is made of camel-colored double-faced wool. Single-breasted jacket features 3/4-length sleeves with wide cuffs. Straight skirt has unusual curved seaming on the front (pictured) and center back slit. Jacket has center front button closure and skirt has zippered closure.
Best suited for a size 4.
Condition: Excellent. There are a few small scattered stains at the skirt's hem. Wear consistent with age and use.
