Show-stopping gown from Jean Louis is made out of fire engine red silk chiffon. Fitted bodice has ruching that emanates from scoop neck. Wide waistband extends from just under the bust to below the waistline and is highly gathered. Straight skirt is gathered all along waistband. Long sleeves with snap cuffs. Lined throughout except for in sleeves.
Statuesque gown from Jean Muir dates to the 1970's. It is made out of black jersey crepe with minimal stretch. Bodice has round neckline and is fitted throughout the ribcage where it has vertical pintucked details. Extra wide batwing sleeves taper at button cuffs. Front and back yoke. Floor-length skirt is pleated around waistband. Center front mother-of-pearl button closure. Bodice is partly lined; skirt is not.
Vintage Jean Muir jacket dates to the late 1970's through the early 1980's and is made of black suede with gold leather strips that are appliqued in a bold geometric pattern. Center front buttoned closure. Unlined.
Labeled a vintage size 6, which is equal to a modern size 4.
1960's dress from Jean Patou Boutique that was made in France for I. Magnin. Shift-style dress made out of wool knit in kelly green and navy blue. Dress looks like it is two pieces, but it is actually one. Mock neck. Drop waist. Pleated skirt. Center back invisible zip. Fully lined.
Condition: Very good with some small holes throughout that have been hand mended, a tear in the lining at the center front neck and some light staining on the front below the breast (see photo).
Jean Varon blue gown dates to the 1970's and is made of transparent synthetic chiffon that is lined throughout the body. Round neck. Overly long sleeves bunch up at the wrists, which have elastic bands at wrists. Peplum detail at hip. Detached belt can tie at the front or back. Center back zipper.
Vintage dress from Jean-Louis Scherrer dates to the 1980's. It is made of black silk satin that is pleated throughout. Long sleeves have button cuffs. Tie at center front neck. Covered button center front closures.
Vintage 1990's Jean-Paul Gaultier blazer is made of black cotton sateen. It has a v-neck with notched lapel and an over-sized bow at right side hip. Back is fully gathered. Side waist hook and eye closure is concealed by bow. Unlined.
Gaultier white cotton blouse. Extra long sleeves bunch up throughout forearm. V-neck has long ties that gather on o-rings. Asymmetrically pleated front. Silver-toned metal charms hang on end of ties. Unlined.

Made of three different colors of pinstriped taffeta. Leg of mutton sleeves. Zip cuffs and pockets. Light yellow topstitching. Three covered hook and eye closures at neck. Snap front is reinforced with grosgrain on interior. Back vent. Very fitted. Unlined except down center front and upper back.
Sexy halter dress from Jean-PaulÃƒ"šÃ‚ Gaultier's Femme line dates to the 1990's. White silk halter has multicolor abstract print and can be tightened or loosened by a drawstring. Straight black skirt ends just above ankle-length. Center back zipper. Unlined.
Two-piece dress and blouse set from Jean-Paul Gaultier likely dates to the early 2000's. It is made of his signature nylon netting with rows of ribbon and lace comprising the skirt and shirt cuffs. Blouse is shown tied at the center front as opposed to being buttoned up. Blouse is unlined. Dress has no closures and is lined only in the skirt.
Both pieces are labeled size Medium, but we think would also be equally fine on a size Small.
