Lovely Edwardian white net dress with pink and mauve embroidered daises. Sheer although it is lined with self fabric. V-neck with lacing up center front. 3/4 sleeve with double ruffles at the cuffs. Skirt is ankle-length and has 3 rows of cording at hem. L-shaped snap front.
Condition: Very good with some small breaks in the netting throughout. One larger hole in the lining at the left hip (see photo).
Vintage dress likely dates to the 1930's and is made of black silk with orange accents. Beautiful and dramatic Chinese-inspired embroidery is worked in ombré thread and adorns the front and back. Unlined. Center front frog closures at neckline. Other than that, there are no closures.
Lovely dress dates to the 1930's and is made of pale peach silk chiffon with a floral print in hues of orange and blue. V-neck with center front bow and small key hole opening. Middy collar with ruffled trim. No closures. Unlined but comes with a slip.
No size label. Will fit anywhere from a 4-6 since it is cut on the bias.
1940's floor-length dress with dramatic ruffled back and calico/geometric print. The entirety of the back skirt is covered with tiers of ruffles. Ruffled boat neckline. Fitted bodice. Short sleeves are gathered at cuff. A-line skirt with long ruffle at hem. Side metal zipper. Unlined.
Condition: Very Good. A few spots on the ruffles- one that is on the neckline and one that is on the back ruffles; they are easily concealed by being made into a tuck as there is so much volume in those areas. Small mend in the underarm just above the zipper. Small tear at shoulder seam concealed by ruffle- easily repaired. Small tear at side seam at bust. Crude repair at right underarm.
Vintage dress dates to the 1940's and is made of a synthetic sheer organza. Fitted bodice has gathered center front at bust and puff sleeves that are tapered at cuffs. Full skirt. Bodice is lined. Skirt is not. Side metal zipper with waist tie that is attached at the side seams.
Condition: Very good with some stress to the darts at the back neckline as well as some holes at both sleeves' cuffs. I would recommend having the sleeves shortened by 1/2" to fix this. Because of the repairs that are needed, this is reflected in the price.
