Delectable three-piece evening ensemble from Geoffrey Beene dates to the 1980's. It consists of a jacket, blouse, and skirt. The single-breasted jacket is made out of textured wool, has a round neck, shoulder pads, and three beaded buttons. Sheer blouse is made out of silk devoré in an abstract pattern, has a round neck, center back tie with keyhole opening, and long sleeves with buttoned cuffs. Pleated skirt is made out of wool gabardine, falls below knee-length, has a wide waistband, side tie, and hem trim that matches the blouse. Jacket is lined. Blouse is lined only in the front. Skirt is unlined.
Skirt and jacket are labeled a vintage size 10.
